FAQ

To change your password on ceylonfirst.co.uk please follow these steps:

• Click Login/Register.
• From the Login page, click Forgot your password?.
• Enter the email/username you use to login. 
• Click Reset Password.
• You will receive a reset email. When you get it, click the link in the email.
• The link should open a new page that allows you to enter your new password. 
• Enter it in both fields, and check that it matches.
• When you've entered your new password in both fields, click Reset password.

Your password will be reset immediately. You will then be able to login using your email and your new password.

We will not issue refunds for suspended or canceled ads including ads suspended due to content. Once your ad is live, you cannot request a refund, in part or in full. Please be sure to pay extra attention when creating your ad and adding enhancements to it such as a frame or icon. We are not responsible for errors made in submitting your ad. Visit my account page by clicking the user icon. Select My listings to tab at the left-hand side. You will see all your published and pending listings.

Edit

Click the edit button on the listing which you want to edit. 

If you want to make changes to your active classified Ad, you can edit it.

When editing a post you can change the title, description, images, category, and contact details.

Delete

Click the delete button on the listing which you want to delete. 

You can delete your post manually at any time by choosing the delete option.

Please note that all Ads will expire automatically after a certain amount of time has elapsed.

If you already have a Google account, you can simply sign in or register with Ceylonfirst by clicking continue with Google on my account page.

A window will pop up asking for your google credentials. Once you enter your email address and password for your Google account, this will allow you to sign in to Ceylonfirst with the same account.

You don't need to set up a password specifically for your Ceylonfirst account if you sign in through the Google account, however, a password can be set under Profile Settings or by clicking Forgot Password and following the prompts.

You can use the following methods to purchase Ad packages and paid features on Ceylonfirst.

• Valid online debit card (NOT an ATM card)
